When Berkshire Bank launched a multi-year $5 Billion commitment known as the BEST Community Comeback, they wanted to make sure their marketing campaign clearly communicated the importance of supporting your community.
The Where You Bank Matters campaign was introduced to the market with a dual purpose. It focuses on strengthening communities by fueling small businesses, community financing and philanthropy, financial access and empowerment, and environmental sustainability. Second, its message was to ensure its customers and prospects that their money entrusted to Berkshire Bank helps the Bank have a great, positive impact on the communities it serves.
