NEWTOWN, CT, October 2, 2015 — New England’s Financial Marketing Awards™ has named Leverage Marketing Group as the recipient of eight of the coveted awards including two gold and six silver for agency clients Berkshire Bank, Thomaston Savings Bank and Fairfield County Bank. The Newtown, Connecticut agency was the most awarded at the ceremony held Wednesday, September 23rd at Mohegan Sun Resort and Casino in Uncasville, Connecticut.
The competition was judged by a panel financial experts from the PennJerDel Bank Marketing Association (covering Pennsylvania, New Jersey and Delaware). The association is dedicated to the exchange of ideas and information to aid the development of financial marketing professionals.

The agency received top recognition for Berkshire Bank for its Client Services Brochure in the Service category and its NESN marketing campaign in the Brand competition as well as Thomaston Savings Bank’s 2016 calendar in the Public Relations category.
Leverage was also awarded a silver in the Deposit category for Berkshire’s Veterans’ Checking and its 3x3x3 Savings program. The agency also garnered a silver in the Loan category for the Berkshire Bank Construction Loan Package, a silver in the Deposit category for Thomaston Savings Bank, and silver in Public Relations for the bank’s Hampden Conversion Materials. Another silver was awarded the agency in the Service category for Fairfield County Bank’s Fairfield Forward initiative.
