What's more American than baseball and Hostess Chocolate cupcakes? How about the chance to win a million dollars?
One lucky winner received an all expenses paid trip to Hostess headquarters in Kansas City, where they took the mound before a Major League game for their chance to win. The contestant had to throw three "strikes" through a 15" target to win the million, and while our contestant had to settle for a consolation prize, Hostess hit a home run with increased store displays, in-park merchandising and a double-digit percentage sales lift.
